Let’s get bubbling!
1. Big Bubble Recipe
Giant Bubble Recipe with J-Lube
Perfect for giant bubbles outdoors and hand bubbles! This recipe doesn’t need glycerin and creates large, long-lasting bubbles.
- 100ml Fairy Liquid (Green Original or Blue Anti-bacterial) or Dawn Original
- 900ml Lukewarm Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon of J-Lube (available in our shop).
Mix the J-Lube with the dishwashing liquid first, then add the water. This ensures the J-Lube dissolves properly for smooth, stretchy bubbles.
For best results let the mix rest for 24 hours before using.
2. Simple Bubble Recipe
Small Bubbles for Indoor Fun
Great for smaller bubbles, tabletop workshops, or sensory play.
- 1L of Water
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Glycerin
- 300ml Fairy Liquid (Blue Antibacterial or Green Original) or Dawn Original.
- Optional: 200ml Johnson’s Baby Bath (Regular) for a gentler, sensory-friendly bubble mixture with added bouncing bubble magic.
How to Prepare Bubble Solution: Stir the water and glycerin together, then slowly add the Fairy Liquid (and Johnson’s Baby Bath if using). Avoid making foam, and your solution will be ready to go!
