Every school is different, so the day gets shaped around you. Here is one that worked well.
I arrive early to set up. We start with a whole-school assembly show indoors, about 20 to 30 minutes. After that the classes come out to me on the school field, one group at a time with a short reset between each, around 20 minutes a group, and a break for lunch. That day we worked through the early years, with a separate session for the SEND group.
Years 5 and 6 would have loved it too, so for a school that size two days works better – one for the younger classes outdoors, one for the older ones, plus an indoor mini show for the SEND group.

We collaborate with Caroline at Bubbly Maths to bring a unique blend of bubble science and maths-based workshops to schools. These interactive sessions inspire students through cross-curricular learning, combining hands-on STEM experiments with engaging maths activities. No problem at all. If outdoor bubble sessions aren’t possible, we can switch to an indoor show, workshop, or alternative entertainment. A clear backup plan is always agreed at the time of booking. Light rain isn’t usually an issue—we can continue outdoors as long as students and staff are comfortable. The only weather conditions that would prevent an outdoor session are stormy conditions, icy surfaces, official weather warnings, or high winds.
Not at all. Indoors, we protect floors during shows and cover tables for workshops. Outdoors, we use grass protection wherever possible. While a few bubbles may drift, any residue is minimal and easily washed away with rain/water.
Our bubble experiences are loved by all ages. They’re ideal for children aged 3–11, covering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS, ages 3–5), Key Stage 1 (ages 5–7), and Key Stage 2 (ages 7–11). We also regularly work with SEND groups, adults with learning disabilities, and elderly residents in care homes. All sessions are carefully adapted to suit the age, ability, and needs of each audience.
For outdoor bubble sessions and indoor workshops, we usually work with groups of 10–30 children at a time. We’ll plan the schedule around your pupil numbers and timetable. School assembly shows can be delivered to smaller groups or whole schools, depending on the type of show you’re looking for.
Yes! We bring everything needed. All we ask is that teachers or carers are present to supervise the children. Session lengths are agreed in advance, and we’re happy to split our time so all classes have an equal opportunity to take part.
Definitely! Outdoor sessions are highly active, giving children the freedom to move, run, and interact with the bubbles. Indoor shows are just as awe-inspiring, while workshops are hands-on, encourage curiosity and creativity, and allow time for exploration and free play.
Participation is never forced — children are encouraged to join in at their own pace and can dip in and out whenever they need. We create an inclusive environment.
Yes. I have public liability insurance and risk assessments, and so does every independent entertainer I arrange for you.

We hired Bubbly Heaven for an outdoor school BBQ organised by the PA. Our children absolutely loved it. Cheryl and her team were easy to deal with and helped us put together something suitable for a variety of ages. We had another event booked but sadly this was cancelled due to lockdown. Our school will definitely be hiring Bubbly Heaven for future PA events. Highly recommend. Fun, imaginative and cost effective.
We booked an hour long workshop for a family support group. It was the perfect all-age activity for children and parents. Cheryl was so well organised and friendly and the activities she set up were great fun. The giant bubble that the kids could stand inside was probably the biggest hit. The room was full of excitement but with plenty of space and different things going on it didn’t feel too hectic, despite us having approx 60 guests in total.
We used Bubbly Heaven for a Pre School leavers party and they absolutely loved it! Cheryl was wonderful with the children and they could not get enough of all the bubbles. I was a bit worried how she would keep them all entertained for 2 hours but she did it with ease. We were all so impressed at how the party was broken up into different parts to keep it flowing. Everyone commented on how impressive Cheryl was and I would recommend her to everyone!
