“Bubble Club” – Lunch Time & After School Clubs

I am based in Stonehouse and offer the club to local schools in Stroud, Thrupp, Wotton-Under-Edge, Dursley, Minchinhampton, Nailsworth, Quedgeley, and Gloucester.

The Bubble Clubs offer a unique and interactive way to engage children, combining play with learning. These programs are completely free to the school, as parents pay per child’s place. I offer both lunchtime and after-school clubs tailored to the needs of mainstream and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) schools.

I will provide each session personally, so the children will always have the same familiar and friendly face

Lunch Time Clubs for SEND Schools

This club is designed for special needs schools, providing a calming and therapeutic space for children. Activities focus on regulation, breathing, and sensory play, offering a serene environment to help children focus.

Key Details:

• FREE Taster Session: Schools receive a complimentary session to identify which children would benefit most. Information can then be sent home to parents/guardians for booking.

• Space & Access: The school provides a room and advertises the club to parents. Caregivers bring and supervise the children to their allocated time slot.

• Term Structure: Clubs run on a termly basis, typically 10-13 weeks.

• Pricing: Prices to parents will be negotiated with schools at the time of booking, with an option for funded places using pupil premium.

After School Clubs

Ideal for mainstream schools, these clubs are both entertaining and educational. We encourage children to explore bubble science, art and creativity.

Key Details:

• FREE Taster Workshop or Show: Introduces children to the club’s activities. Information is then sent home for parents/guardians to book spaces.

• Space & Access: The school provides a room and advertises the club to parents. Most sessions will be indoors however access to outdoor space would be welcomed for spring/summer terms. 

• Customisation: Times, days, and pricing are negotiated upon enquiry.

• Bubble Show Creation: Schools have the additional option for the club to create a bubble show, presented to parents/school during an assembly.

Usual Prices

I aim to provide affordable options for both schools and parents, welcoming children funded by pupil premium. Schools may choose a part-payment option to reduce costs for parents. To ensure the sustainability of the Bubble Club, I will require around £200 per session.

Example Pricing Structure:

100% Free to School:

• Lunch Time Club (SEND Schools): 1-1.5 hours (30-minute slots) – £7.50 per child per week (10-15 spaces per slot).

• After School Club: 1 hour – 30 spaces at £7.50 each per week.

Part-Funded by the School Example:

• 50% Lunch Time Club (SEND Schools): 1.5 hours (30-minute slots) – £3.75 per child (10 spaces per slot).

• 50% Funded After School Club: 1 hour – 30 spaces at £3.75 each.

Terms & Conditions

• Children must book the full 11-13 weeks to secure their space.
