1) Indoor Show
Perfect for indoor events and suitable all year round.
Enjoy bubble fun for everyone with a interactive show where children sit, watch, and take part.
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years. While designed for children, bubble shows are enjoyed by all ages and work beautifully for family and mixed-age groups.

- Suitable for Small & Big Audiences: of up to 100 children plus their grown-ups
- No Mess: Clean, tidy, and venue-friendly
- Other Activities: Bouncy castles and similar distractions should be paused during the show
2) Indoor Workshop
Perfect for indoor events and suitable all year round.
A relaxed, hands-on bubble experience where children can join in at their own pace — no set show format. Perfect for events with multiple activities, allowing kids to dip in and out of the fun. Suitable for up to 30 children at a time.
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years.

Perfect for outdoor events in spring and summer.
Lively, free-flowing outdoor bubble fun where children can join in whenever they like — not a structured show like our indoor options. Thousands of bubbles fill the air for children to chase, pop, and enjoy. Suitable for up to 30 children at a time.
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years. While designed for children, bubbles are loved by all ages and work wonderfully for family or mixed-age events.

Option 1:
The Big Bubble Show – Indoor
Perfect for indoor events, all year round.
We can run up to three 30-minute indoor shows per day, giving plenty of bubble fun for multiple show times.
This is an interactive show where families sit and watch a structured performance. Designed for up to 100 children plus their grown-ups.
(If you only book 1x show and the audience is less than 25 kids, I can include the kids-stand-inside a bubble activity making the time up to 45mins).
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years
Bubbles are loved by all ages, making this show ideal for families or mixed-age groups.
What to Expect
- Interactive Show: Kids and adults will be amazed by bubble magic.
- (Only for groups of 25 or less) Kids-Inside-Bubbles: Everyone gets a turn inside a giant bubble

What You’ll Need
- Space for My Show Set Up
Minimum 9ft x 6ft (3m x 2m) clear floor space, free from overhanging objects or lights. I can also perform on a stage, ideally with steps so I can move down to audience level during interactive parts of the show. If steps are not available, please let me know in advance as I will need to prepare the adapted version of the show without close-up audience interactions. - Extra space for children/grown-ups to sit on the floor or chairs
- Supervision: All children must be adequately supervised. Children under 5 must be seated with their grown-up at all times. All other children must have a responsible adult present in case supervision is needed.
- Please pause bouncy castles or other distractions during the show
- Show Start Time: We recommend starting 15 minutes after guests arrive. For example, if your party starts at 1:00 pm, choose a show time of 1:15 pm to allow for late arrivals

Option 2:
Hands-On Indoor Bubble Workshop
Perfect for indoor events, all year round
Creative, sensory, and playful bubble fun for children in a relaxed, flexible setting. This workshop is hands-on and drop-in style, allowing children to join activities at their own pace — ideal for events with other activities or a low-pressure environment. Suitable for up to 30 children at a time.
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years
Bubbles are enjoyed by all ages, making this workshop suitable for families and mixed-age groups.
What to Expect
- Hands-On Bubble Fun: Children explore bubbles through play and creativity
- Tabletop Activities: Designed to be no-mess
- Kid-in-a-Bubble: Each child gets a chance to go inside a giant bubble
- Music Provided
- Drop-In Style: Perfect for special needs groups or events with multiple activities happening at once
- Group-Led Option: For older children or structured groups, I guide bubble skills, bubble art, and tricks such as the bubble caterpillar and bouncing bubbles.
- Fog Bubbles: Used only if safe (no risk to smoke detectors).

- Tables & Chairs: Provided by you
- Plus Kid Inside A Bubble Space: Minimum 1.5m x 1.5m clear floor space for the “inside a bubble” activity, free of overhanging objects or lights
- Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult and all children under 5 must have direct supervision.
- Other Activities: Works alongside your other party fun — bouncy castles and activities can remain set up

Option 3:
The Big Bubble Party – Outdoor Bubbles
Perfect for outdoor events in spring and summer
We can run up to four 40-minute outdoor bubble shows per day, giving plenty of bubble fun for multiple groups.
Energetic yet relaxed outdoor bubble fun where children can join in, run, play, and drop in and out freely. This is not a structured seated show, making it ideal for open-air parties and active kids. Suitable for 30 children at a time.
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years
Bubbles are enjoyed by all ages, making this perfect for families and mixed-age groups.
What to Expect
- Interactive Bubble Fun: Hands-on, energetic free play
- Music Provided
What You’ll Need
- Safe Space: Secure, hazard-free area (no moving traffic or water)
- Room to Move: Clear open space for children to run and play, with no overhanging trees or structures
- Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult and all children under 5 must have direct supervision.
- Setup Area: I will need a 4m x 4m space for equipment, plus ample space for guests. The area should be as large and open as possible, located away from stalls/food stalls, with plenty of space downwind.
- Ground Surface: Grass, rough concrete or absorbent surfaces only. Smooth paving or tiles are not suitable as they become slippery!
- Other Activities: Works alongside your other party fun — bouncy castles and activities can stay set up.

We can run up to five 45-minute sessions per day, with hands-on fun for up to 30 children at a time.
This is an interactive workshop where children can get creative and make their own giant bubbles. Music adds to the fun, creating an energetic and playful atmosphere.
Recommended Ages: 3–10 years
Bubbles are enjoyed by all ages, making this workshop perfect for family or mixed-age groups.
What to Expect
- Hands-On Workshop: Children create giant bubbles using easy-to-use bubble wands
- Music Provided: Enhances the lively, playful experience

Weather & Backup Plans – Please Read Carefully ☔🌈
When choosing Outdoor Bubbles as your first choice, it’s important to also let us know your indoor backup plan.
An indoor backup option (Option 1 or Option 2) is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
About Weather & Bubbles
- Rain-Friendly: Bubbles love damp air and often look amazing in light rain
- Warm Months: Rain in spring and summer is usually fine and can even add to the fun
- Colder Months: Rain, wind, and cold can reduce enjoyment — an indoor backup is especially important
Weather Safety
Outdoor bubbles cannot run in unsafe weather conditions, including:
- Storms
- Icy conditions
- High winds
- Thunder or lightning
24 Hours Before the Event
We check the weather forecast the day before your event.
If there are any concerns, Cheryl will be in touch to help you decide whether to:
- Go ahead with Outdoor Bubbles, or
- Switch to your indoor backup option
Please note: Each event option requires specific equipment and bubble liquid, so any changes must be confirmed in advance. Changes cannot be made on arrival or midway through the event. Once set up outdoors, we cannot move indoors, as indoor options require a completely different kit and setup.
Cancellations
You may cancel due to weather; however, no refund is given. This is why we strongly recommend having an indoor backup option in place (see T&Cs).
Gazebo & Shelter Guidance
- Small Pop-Up Gazebos: Not suitable — outdoor bubbles rely on airflow and space
- Large Permanent Shelters: High-ceiling shelters with no sides can work if airflow is maintained
- Enclosed Shelters: If fully enclosed with sides and little airflow, this becomes an indoor space and the Indoor Bubble Workshop is recommended instead
