For organisations designing their own activity

Sometimes you do not want a workshop supplied, you want to build your own. This is where most organisations start.

I spend time with your team showing you the bubble skills, the kit behind them, and the different ways each one can be run – big bubbles on plates and lights, foam, smokey bubbles, toys inside bubbles, and putting a child inside a bubble. You come away knowing what works, what does not, and able to write your own session plan and your own shopping list.

Safety points are covered verbally as we work through each activity. Quoted by the day, plus travel.

What I show you is the skills and techniques, and those are yours to build from. My own routines, running orders, scripts and show material are my act and stay with me. If you want a session built from my material, ready to run under the Bubbly Heaven name, that is a partnership.

In-person training

For your own staff to learn the skills

Hands-on training in the skills themselves: mixing, giant bubbles, hand bubbles, putting a child in a bubble, smoke and foam, and handling a queue of children. Your team learns to perform it themselves.

If your team then builds its own activity from those skills, under your own name, that is fine and no licence is needed. Arranged and quoted separately from the one-to-one training days on our training page, which are priced for the one person attending.

For your staff to learn from our online courses

Your named staff get access to our skills courses and can use what they learn in their work with your guests, including in sessions you run yourselves.

It does not cover copying or passing the videos, notes or documents to anyone outside your organisation, using them to train people who do not work for you, or presenting our workshop as your own branded activity. Our Magical Indoor Bubble Workshop course is the format itself rather than a skills course, so it sits with the activity licence.

The whole thing, ready to go: the format, the running order and timings, the kit list and set-up, staff training, and refresher training as your teams change. Agreed for a set period and a set number of sites.

Where our name goes on it

A session built from our own routines and material, supplied ready to run as Bubbly Heaven, with the training and support to keep it consistent across your sites – and developed further each year as your teams change and the activity needs refreshing.

Kit and equipment. We make and sell some of the kit ourselves, including fog filled bubble kits, and we are happy to quote. You may prefer to buy some items through your existing suppliers, and we will give you the exact spec either way. Kit is always quoted separately from time.

What we need to know:

• How many people, and whether they work for you directly.
• Session length, group size and ages.
• Whether guests or customers pay for the activity.
• How many sites, and for how long.
• Whether you want it under your name or ours.

Risk assessments

Safety points are covered verbally during training and consultancy. Where written risk assessments are supplied as part of a licence, they are a template based on how we work, not a substitute for your own. Your organisation carries out and signs off its own assessment for its own sites, staff and guests.

The short version

We sell the skills, and we sell the workshop ready to run. Our own act stays ours unless we are working together under our name. Anything for an organisation is agreed in writing before it is handed over.
